Great Experience
[Nelson Contracting] handled the kitchen renovation for our condo in San Francisco two years ago. We had a great experience working with [them] . I had heard horror stories about contractors - going over budget, taking more time than estimated, etc., so we were nervous in working with one for the first time, but [Nelson Contracting] was great. [They] gave us a reasonable quote, and there were no surprises on sudden 'additional work' necessary. [They] went over everything with us carefully, and there were never uncertainties or unanswered questions.
It's been two years, every part of the kitchen looks fantastic and we love it. We'd absolutely work with [them] again. In fact, we have been considering doing some more renovation work on our home and [they were] the first person we called :)
